What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I have been using PandaDoc for approximately five years to send important documentation to clients and parents, and it has been an excellent tool for my business. One of the features I value most is the separate confirmation record that clearly shows when a document was sent, reviewed, and signed. This provides both transparency and peace of mind.

Getting started with PandaDoc was surprisingly smooth and straightforward. The platform makes it easy to create, send, and receive e-signatures, which has significantly helped me overcome scheduling conflicts. The efficiency it provides is extremely beneficial to my daily operations.

I also appreciate the document editing features, including the ability to sign, date, and manually enter information—capabilities that are essential for my business needs. Its seamless integration with Google Docs, which I frequently use, is another major advantage. Additionally, the website is easy to navigate, allowing me to stay productive and accomplish a great deal within the platform.

Because of these benefits, I would absolutely purchase PandaDoc again and highly recommend it to other vendors and business owners. I would confidently rate it 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I wish PandaDoc would let me edit documents after a client has returned their signatures, instead of forcing me to redo the entire document from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PandaDoc?

The system is quite good, but the people behind it have messed it up in the meantime Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Pandadoc's customer service is extremely poor, you constantly experience incompetent ticket ping pong - now, unfortunately, after a few years we also have to part with PandaDoc.

We are now being forced to switch from the Business tariff to the extremely expensive Enterprise tariff for a small add-on that was previously chargeable (Advanced Quotes), as the great experts have decided that they no longer want to offer this small add-on for individual bookings.

We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, unfortunately the service has deteriorated but as always the price has almost doubled. Sad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
